‍All referrals are now managed through our secure Referral Ticket Portal.
You can use this portal to:
✅ Submit new patient referrals
🔍 Check the status of previously submitted referrals
‍📄Upload referral documents securely

To submit a new referral:
Click [+Ticket] and attach your completed referral form.
You can either:
📝 Use our downloadable template ([Click here to download])
📤 Or upload your own referral form (PDF or DOC preferred)
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email at your specified address.
We recommend keeping a copy of your referral form for your own records.

To track existing referrals:
Click [Receive Link] and enter your email address.
You’ll receive a secure access link valid for 24 hours — no password required.
